Arrival/Dismissal Process

Keeping our students safe is a top priority. Please review the guidelines below for safe and efficient drop-off and pick-up procedures.

Traffic Flow & Parking Lot Safety

Morning Drop-Off:

• Stay in one traffic line—no passing on the left or right.
• Students should exit quickly and safely from the right side of the vehicle.
• Parents of Kindergarten & 1st-grade students who need to escort their child should park in the lot and walk them across safely.

Afternoon Pick-Up:

• Stay alert—children may unexpectedly step between parked cars.
• Yield to the crosswalk on Sheldon Road to allow students to cross safely.
• From 3:55 P.M. - 4:30 P.M., with the exceptions of busses, there is no left turn allowed at the traffic light located at Sheldon Rd. and Procter Rd. ALL TRAFFIC MUST go straight or turn right. This will be enforced by Canton Public Safety.
• Be patient and courteous to others in the parking lot.
